VERIFICATION OF GOODS

It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon receipt and, in case of on-arrival damage or missing items, to notify and file claim with NESPRESSO within 7 days of receipt (retaining all relevant invoice and signed delivery notes).

NESPRESSO shall in such circumstances provide you with identical replacement goods, or a refund in case of non-availability of replacement.

Machine/Accessories/Coffee Returns & exchange* You have the right to exchange machines and accessory products within 14 days of purchase. Nespresso will only accept products that are returned in perfect condition, and in original packaging accompanied by the original invoice. Coffee capsules and Bites are non-exchangeable nor refundable. Our policies do not affect your statutory rights.
Cash refunds will only be possible in the case of manufacturing defects.
