Peru

We have scoured the remote regions of Peru in search of some of the finest, organically grown Arabicas. It was at more than 1000 meters above sea level, nestled on the slopes of the Andes, that we found them. Thanks to organic cultivation methods passed down from generation to generation, this coffee enjoys unfailing attention from small farmers. PERU ORGANIC, elegant and fruity, reveals a sweet aromatic note of toasted cereals.

Origin:
This coffee comes from the heights of Peru, grown at an altitude of more than 1,600 meters on the Andes mountain range. It is grown using the more sustainable farming practices of our AAA for Sustainable Quality™ program, in addition to being certified to organic farming standards. It is thanks to the expertise of coffee growers in the areas of soil quality, biodiversity, water management and climatic conditions that we can enjoy this delicious sustainable coffee.

Roasting:
PERU ORGANIC is a coffee from a single region, having been roasted separately, in order to guarantee a nuanced complexity in the cup: a long roast on one side, to highlight the soft and bright character of the coffee and reveal its notes of exotic fruits, and an intense roasting of the other, in order to reinforce the power and structure of the blend.
