The Indonesian beans bring their characteristic cereal, woody, and peppery notes, while the washed Colombian Arabica gives the blend a gentle lift to round it out. We roast this blend in two splits. The dark roast delivers that bold body and aromatic intensity, while the medium roast keeps the blend’s flavour complexity intact.
